The staff were amazing. In a large city like Bogotà you cannot always expect the best or most personal service. The staff of the Biohotel Organic Suites went out of their way to make my stay pleasant: calling me to inform me my room was ready (and calling again when I did not pick up the first time), helping me with my luggage both to the room and to the taxi that was standing on the other side of the street - without me having to ask, a funny little chat at breakfast, towels quickly brought to the spa area, etc. The room was very spacious, with a large window on a quiet street.

I know Bogota and this hotel is in a safe area (very important here if you're obviously not South American) and there's a lot of supermarkets and the mall and the market is at walking distance. The hotel room was bigger as expected with a huge bed. The fitness room was perfect and had all the facilities for a full body workout. The sauna and jacuzzi are one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The superior double room is spacious, comfortable and has a big bed. Hotel staff is very helpful. You have big choice for breakfast (but you have to pay for water even if the breakfast is included in your room rate). On the rooftop there is sauna, jacuzzi and a well equipped gym. You are a few minutes walk from the old Usaquén district, and there is a supermarket on your way (two minutes walk on Avenida Carrera 7).
